Affairs accepted "Chinese invoice officer" instead of

"commercial officer" as title of officer to certify

invoices in Hongkong and with this amendment in the

draft quoted in my telegram No. 368 notes were exchanged

today.

Peking, Hongkong and Commercial Counsellor.
